Briggs East Village Silver Leaf Residences is a new 200 unit age-restricted apartment development for active adults 55 & over on 6.35 acres within Briggs Village, a master planned community in southeast Olympia, WA.

Situated at the intersection of Henderson Boulevard and Yelm Highway, Briggs Village is just minutes from downtown Olympia and the Capitol government campus to the north, the cities of Lacey to the east, and Tumwater to the west and rural Thurston County to the South.

Community Building Features: The Silver Leaf Residences Community Building is accessed via a covered entry from the main parking lot or sky-bridge from adjacent Buildings ‘A’ & ‘C’. This multi-purpose facility which provides a variety of amenities and services to Silver Leaf residents will also house the leasing and management offices for the community. Inside you will find a large common lobby and inviting fireside lounge. The building will also contain an arts and crafts room, a table/card game room, a theatre, recreation rooms to enjoy a pool table, darts and other games, a technology center, a library, a community event/dining area with a kitchen as well as a large third floor viewing deck all for use by Silver Leaf residents. Site Features: Silver Leaf Residences resides on 6.35 acres within Briggs Village, a sprawling 137 acre mixed use master planned community featuring six glacial kettles and an Arboretum overlooking Ward Lake. The development boasts over 40% of the land to be retained as open space as well as tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic and play areas and best of all Silver Leaf is just steps from the South Sound YMCA. Silver Leaf itself has many features that will satisfy your active pursuits.
